Our Reflective facility is hiring for a temporary Environmental, Health & Safety administrator. The EHS administrator will assist in the upkeep of EHS compliance and documentation for the Reflective Solutions Painesville facility. This is a temporary role working a part time schedule at 24 hours/week.
Participate in EHS compliance measures including training, inspections, and compliance documentation upkeep in accordance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Maintain the facility’s SDS database and acquire SDSs that need updated from manufacturers.
Maintain the LOTO procedural database system, including creation and updating of LOTO procedures as needed.
Assist in tracking and auditing EHS inspections.
Organize, file, and manage EHS compliance documents
Assist in providing support in EHS areas to operations.
High school degree or equivalent required.
Previous manufacturing/EHS experience preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft/Google equivalent of Excel, Word, Email, etc.
Must have effective organization and communication skills.
Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel in writing and verbal communications.
Must regard safety as a core value; must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
Must be able to actively contribute in a team based environment, encourage open communication and positive interaction with peers and management to effectively reach a common goal.
