The Commercial Services Representative supports all aspects of the Reflective Solutions and Digital Inks businesses by providing superior, world-class customer service to both external and internal customers, at all levels, via multiple contact channels. Order processing ensuring pricing integrity; follow-up on deliveries and complete order fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner providing information on products, services, and more.
Demonstrate excellent judgment with minimal supervision using policies, procedures, and matrices.
Coordinate customer feedback with Claims, Quality, and Tech Services teams ensuring appropriate investigation and resolution.
Initiate and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience.
Function as a liaison between customer and internal team members and/or 3rd party partners.
Be a champion for the customer and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are met.
Provide a positive customer experience that will promote future business through courteous, accurate and prompt responses to inquiries.
High school diploma
4+ years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills
Detail, analytical and process-oriented
Ring Central experience
Global business experience
4+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Will be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing)
Will move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, conference rooms, and other departments, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, calculator, copy machine, printer, and shredder
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities; adapting to new work processes and change
Proficiency in Google G-Suite, MfgPro, Cognos, and Salesforce
Ability to work remotely and/or extended hours as business needs dictate
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face or video conference calls
