Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing global R&D projects. You will work closely with our R&D sites and other stakeholders while leading project management transformation to next level. Other responsibilities include:

  • Lead and drive transformation in project management practices.

  • No solid line responsibilities as of now, but opportunity to grow into bigger role in future.

  • Work with management teams to translate strategic objectives into executable projects, and to develop plans for achieving stated objectives.

  • Plan and lead global development projects

  • Proactively ensure project deliverables within the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.

  • Provide full visibility to project activities; progress, schedule, resources, risks and cost tracking

  • Develop and improve project management practices, tools and processes

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders worldwide

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Electronics or related technical discipline

  • Basic knowledge in RFID-technologies and RFID-protocols

  • 4-7 years of relevant job experience in the field of project management in product development environment

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent knowhow in project management tools, principles and best practices

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English

  • Seelf-driven and ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities

  • Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
