Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for supporting Q-Service production of RFID/Non RFID product offerings including production, delivery, quality standards, response time, format creations, costing, pricing, revenue, invoicing and any reporting required for business analysis.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works directly with Q-Service Coordinator on all order activity to ensure all products are delivered in a productive, timely manner in order to achieve internal/external customer requirements and satisfaction.

  • Assist Q-Service Coordinator with questions from sales organization/customer service on all Q-Service pricing and delivery quotations.

  • Assist Q-Service Coordinator with supply orders, production schedules, equipment maintenance.

  • Responsible for managing the development, implementation, distribution and communication of promotional programs focused on Q-Service offerings.

  • Work with the appropriate resources and assists with the planning to ensure a continual flow of work and to achieve defined goals and objectives.

  • Assist Q-Service Coordinator with hiring and training of employees on support and service of new and existing products and Q-Service procedures.

Qualifications

(DEMONSTRATED PROFICIENCY / DEMONSTRATED = CERTIFICATION OF COURSE COMPLETION, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION VERIFICATION, EMPLOYER VERIFICATION, OR MMS TESTING)

  • Associate degree or equivalent knowledge in preprint/media, computer science and electrical engineering.

  • At least 2 years experience in related field.

  • PC skills (Excel, Word, Oracle, Loftware, PC Mate etc.)

  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills.

  • Independent self-starter who works with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of custom application software.

  • Knowledge of RFID printer and supplies technology
