Avery Dennison is seeking a eCommerce Program Lead to join its dynamic and fast-paced RBIS division.
The eCommerce Program Lead will support the RBIS division, with running and maintaining the newly developed b2b Website for Team sports market. We are in a period of growth, so a great opportunity for someone with a real entrepreneurial spirit who can help drive this newly created business. We are looking for a candidate that is self starting, proactive and keen to develop their skills in a fast paced global business environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Product sales and Conversion rate performance monitoring and reporting
Project Management and partner development (External and internal IT)
Working with the inhouse design team to Identifying and implement User Experience best practices
Testing for usability across devices, browsers, and responsive breakpoints
Categorization: User focused Information Architecture and navigation
Product list management: Consistency, accuracy, completeness of content, images, assets
Pricing management: price list management, periodic price changes, single price corrections, bulk price breaks, uom, and temporary sales price
Internal search optimization
Product refinement development (for Search narrowing)
Inventory display (available/not available for online ordering/preorder)
Order and Customer Service Monitoring for product, pricing, and search improvements
Working with the commercial teams and marketing team to help develop and deploy emails
Systematic Email management: Content, testing, monitoring (Abandoned Cart, Product Reviews, other customer communications)
Customer Group additions and management
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Experience working as a ecommerce coordinator/manager
Used to working with CMS systems (Bigcommerce prefered)
Can understand HTML5 and CSS, knows the limitations and restrictions of a website.
Self starter and can self manage
Experienced in proactive outreach and in driving action and execution and collaborating with peers for a shared positive outcome for the business
Strength in leading and driving multiple large complex projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to take accountability and with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications and organizational skills
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation abilities
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Understanding of digital marketing landscape and best practices, with an emphasis on social media, email communications, and the web
Experience working effectively across diverse cultures and operating structures; proven ability to excel in a global environment
A strong sense of integrity and ethics
Ability and willingness to travel
University degree strongly preferred
