The Vice President of Marketing for Label and Graphic Materials North America leads the Marketing organization for the Label & Packaging Materials business and develops and implements strategic marketing plans, drives top line growth, and enhances profitability by setting and executing solid marketing strategies. The incumbent develops and implements programs for new product development, cost reductions, and assurance of the health of the business. This role will develop strategy, provide vision and lead a talented, 50-person commercial team to deliver results consistent with our core values. As a key member of the North America leadership team, you will actively drive cross-functional alignment to key business strategies, partnering with your peers to drive execution and deliver results while fostering a collaborative, inclusive and entrepreneurial culture. This role is a potential successor to the Vice President/General manager LGM NA position.
Drive profitable growth and market share gain in the Label & Packaging business.
Drive customer satisfaction through the identification of unmet needs.
Define unique, sustainable and measurable value propositions to customers and end user segments, including service, price and product platform strategies.
Develop and execute appropriate business plans/multi-generation product line plans. Identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage and new ideas for products, processes and services. Direct market research and competitive analysis. Drive mix improvement and improve profitability by focusing on opportunities in high value segments, pricing, managing cost out and complexity.
Translate market trends and customer needs into the creation of ideas, actionable goals and commercialize innovations that create competitive advantage.
Drive Professional marketing communications. Invest and leverage business and pricing tools . Organizational Leadership and Employee Development.
Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals. ¥ Drive cross functional collaboration with sales, supply chain, operations, procurement, etc. to ensure organizational responsiveness to customers

- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
12+ years sales or related business experience, emphasizing sales, business development and marketing desired.
Strong experience in strategic leadership needed, international exposure preferred.
Demonstrated success in cross-regional projects or initiatives.
Strong experience negotiating large/major contracts and understanding value drivers in all negotiations..
Advanced business and financial acumen needed.
Experience in planning & forecasting, with practical experience in researching new opportunities and implementing successful account penetration.
