The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for initiating and leading talent acquisition efforts to include full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing a broad based sourcing strategy, ultimately delivering a viable and diverse talent pipeline for the business. He/She will engage with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teammates to seek out, assess, attract, and hire the best talent - both internally and externally.
Identify business/talent needs through intake discussions with hiring managers before candidate search commences. Identifying the key role and candidate requirements and agreeing on the sourcing and selection strategy.
Educate managers on internal TA processes and set expectations.
Develops and executes strategies to source and select the best talent in the market while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Balances a diverse requisition load, which often requires sourcing passive candidates.
Partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers while serving as an advisor during the selection process.
Partner with our diversity recruitment team on identifying specific diversity recruitment strategies and ensuring a connection with our AAP goals.
Develops a deep understanding of assigned positions and business needs by identifying required skills, experience, proficiencies and other intangible job profile preferences.
Develops and implements effective, leading edge sourcing strategies by leveraging a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google search and other social media.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or search firm recruiting setting
Experience balancing a diverse requisition load, including a variety of professional and technical roles.
Past experience working with all levels of the organization to advise them during the interview and selection process.
Demonstrable experience leveraging various forms of recruitment technology and techniques such as job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc.
Stay up to date on external best practices in TA, and advise to team on elite TA strategies
Working experience with applicant tracking systems; serve as a SmartRecruiters authority, educating interviewers and hiring managers on system usage
Strong communication and prioritization skills and an ability to be agile in a changing environment
Demonstrated drive for results, customer focus, and continuous improvement attitude
