Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for initiating and leading talent acquisition efforts to include full life cycle recruiting, developing and executing a broad based sourcing strategy, ultimately delivering a viable and diverse talent pipeline for the business. He/She will engage with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teammates to seek out, assess, attract, and hire the best talent - both internally and externally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Identify business/talent needs through intake discussions with hiring managers before candidate search commences. Identifying the key role and candidate requirements and agreeing on the sourcing and selection strategy.

  • Educate managers on internal TA processes and set expectations.

  • Develops and executes strategies to source and select the best talent in the market while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Balances a diverse requisition load, which often requires sourcing passive candidates.

  • Partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers while serving as an advisor during the selection process.

  • Partner with our diversity recruitment team on identifying specific diversity recruitment strategies and ensuring a connection with our AAP goals.

  • Develops a deep understanding of assigned positions and business needs by identifying required skills, experience, proficiencies and other intangible job profile preferences.

  • Develops and implements effective, leading edge sourcing strategies by leveraging a range of sources, relevant to the job, such as universities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google search and other social media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or search firm recruiting setting

  • Experience balancing a diverse requisition load, including a variety of professional and technical roles.

  • Past experience working with all levels of the organization to advise them during the interview and selection process.

  • Demonstrable experience leveraging various forms of recruitment technology and techniques such as job boards, social media, open web sourcing, career fairs and campus recruitment, etc.

  • Stay up to date on external best practices in TA, and advise to team on elite TA strategies

  • Working experience with applicant tracking systems; serve as a SmartRecruiters authority, educating interviewers and hiring managers on system usage

  • Strong communication and prioritization skills and an ability to be agile in a changing environment

  • Demonstrated drive for results, customer focus, and continuous improvement attitude

  • Travel 10-15%
