Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our service offerings while reducing total cost and driving sales growth. You will play a critical role in enhancing our value chain, from raw materials to finished goods, while collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer satisfaction, asset management, and profitability.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead regional Supply Chain Coordinators to achieve service and sales goals while managing EXACT program costs.

  • Establish and meet key performance indicators for EXACT programs.

  • Spearhead the implementation of new initiatives and best practices, including batching and slit roll management.

  • Gatekeeper for Exact Optimizer requirements and upgrades

  • Manage slit-roll inventory across LPM-NA, including handling and obsolescence costs, and the "Scrap on the Spot" (SOS) process.

  • Generate and maintain safe width lists.

  • Analyze and minimize the total cost of EXACT programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address high-cost programs and optimize service offerings.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support product transitions across the supply chain, coordinating with stakeholders in raw materials, scheduling, finishing, and product management.

  • Lead the supply chain strategy for new product offerings in non-traditional channels, ensuring process alignment and resource allocation for consistent service delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement and support in:

  • Product forecasting and safety stock policies

  • Stocking strategy and execution

  • Inventory management

  • S&OP and capacity management

  • Import purchases and planning

  • VMI and raw material planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in supply chain management or related field

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Oracle Suite, and other relevant software

  • Experience in process documentation and improvement; Green Belt or ELS certification preferred
