Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and enhancements for our diverse Application Portfolio.

  • Understand business, technical, and infrastructure requirements.

  • Decompose and estimate complex technical features into manageable development tasks.

  • Ensure proper code quality throughout the development work by participating in code reviews.

  • Clearly escalate issues and risks as needed.

  • Apply coding and analytical skills in all phases of the development life cycle.

  • Focus daily on best practices to ensure quality deliverable.

  • Provide leadership to developers and other technical analysts.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in development for salesforce.com platform.

  • Experience with sales cloud, service cloud and commerce cloud a plus

  • Solid understanding of the web environment and best practices.

  • Proficiency in APEX, Lightning App Builder, VisualForce, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, Object Oriented Programming, and Git.

  • Extensive experience with relational database systems (RDBMS), frameworks, and external services integrations.

  • Full-stack experience designing business applications.

  • Comfortable working in Agile development teams.

  • Participate in business solutions and technical vision.

  • Designs technical solution with an eye towards the big picture and the future.

  • Willing to give and receive feedback to help the team learn and grow.

  • Most importantly, an eagerness to learn and have fun!

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
