In addition, this program is a vital component to our Sales Leadership strategy as a feeder into our Leadership Development Program.
What you will be doing
The primary role and responsibility of this summer intern will be dependent on business needs, and tailored to individual intern's strengths and interests. However, during the program, you will experience the following opportunities:
Exposure to the Avery Dennison business and our customer base
Work cross-functionally to gain business insights and exposure to various aspects of the business
Learn our go to market sales strategy and customer segmentation
Develop key skills: Build skills in areas such as project management, relationship management, customer engagement
What you will need to bring to the program
Avery Dennison has a long history of being an industry leader. Your history is important to us. It should include the following:
Sophomores and Juniors pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Sales certificate or Sales Program preferred
Leadership experience via student organizations, athletics, intramural sports, volunteerism or similar activities
Google suite knowledge
Natural curiosity and interest in continuous learning
Creative, out of the box thinking
Enjoyment in meeting, interacting and building relationships throughout the business and customer base
