Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented manager of Global Internal Communications to join our communications team and support our largest business unit, Label and Graphic Materials (LGM). Reporting to the vice president of Global Communications, the person in this role will help drive initiatives that activate employees around key business priorities, including sustainability, innovation, and diversity and inclusion (D&I), and elevate the profile and reputation of the business unit. The person will also help drive the intranet strategy for LGM. The manager will lead best-in-class communication efforts that inform, engage, and inspire employees and key stakeholders worldwide while partnering with internal clients and external agencies to ensure company objectives are met.

Specifically, they will:

  • Create and lead internal communications campaigns for sustainability, innovation and D&I that change behavior, build communities, and transform thinking, using a range of communication tools. Build and measure campaigns that create a lasting impact.

  • Rally and coordinate regional LGM communicators around centrally led communications plans and campaigns; serve as a central connection point to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Drive content creation and editorial calendar in support of key initiatives and as an integrated part of the LGM story, including delivering compelling content and interactive campaigns throughout the year; work closely with functional and regional leads to develop relevant stories and creative assets.

  • Craft critical communications plans, identify key messages, and produce high-impact materials that optimally convey timely and relevant information to diverse audiences across the globe.

  • Champion employee engagement and collaboration through new and existing communications channels.

  • Serve as strategic internal communications counsel that helps internal teams successfully deliver on their business objectives.


The Manager, Global Internal Communications, will have 6-10 years of experience in a communications role, working across business and geographical boundaries. A bachelor’s degree is required; master’s a plus.

  • Experienced project manager, able to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of quality, speed, and flexibility for change.

  • Highly-skilled at communicating with global internal audiences through a variety of channels and employing innovative strategies and tactical solutions.

  • Ability to operate effectively as a self-starter, but also participate in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

  • Results-driven; able to meet deadlines and establish clear priorities quickly.

  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships; proven track record of working with all levels of employees, from the factory floor to the C-suite.
