We are currently looking for a Diversity Talent Sourcer & Recruiter to join our team and elevate our business impact.
Source diverse talent for various positions and levels in the organization using a wide range of creative methods.
Build a diverse candidate pipeline and cultivate positive relationships with passive candidates.
Advise the D&I Recruitment Manager on trends and standard methodologies and apprise the TA team of recruitment trends impacting the business.
Work closely with the D&l recruitment manager to determine the best and most effective sourcing methods and strategies that could include but not limited to, research, social networking, targeted direct calls.
Attend diversity conferences/events and job fairs, networking among diversity and community organizations, campus organizations, other professional networks as well as identifying alternative channels to source top diverse talent.
Build effective partnerships within the recruiting team to make sure there is a smooth flow across the diversity sourcing/research efforts and the active candidate generation for open positions.
Gain an understanding of position requirements, staffing and market needs to effectively build the diverse sourcing strategies.
Determine recruiting strategy & pipelining efficiency through reporting and data analysis
Performs other recruiting activities and completes special projects or requests as needed
Demonstrate flexibility and prioritize to adapt to the needs of the business
Support multiple Talent Acquisition Managers
At least 2 years of sourcing or recruiting experience. Previous sourcing/recruiting experience with operations manufacturing and technical positions strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with diversity sourcing, diverse professional and community organizations and a passion for D&I initiatives.
Proven passion and ability to successfully identify, qualify, and engage diverse candidates at all skill and experience levels.
Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn required.
Previous Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience is required.
Early adopter of technology, and skilled at using technology to improve work process and outcomes.
Prior working experience with Google (including Gmail, Sheets, Collaboration Sites, etc.) strongly preferred.
Ability to deliver a high level of work output, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Travel (some local) up to 20%.
