Job Description

The Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator supports all supervisors and production with operational functions pertaining to inventory product maintenance, preservation, identification, movement and replenishment.

 

►    Key Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Timely, accurate and safe receiving, storing of material into the facility.

  • Uses ERP system to log and locate materials accurately.

  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.

  • Performs cycle counts and inputs

  • Maintain and organize the warehouse 

  • Analyzes inventory levels and creates requisitions to maintain equitable inventory quantities for active items.

  • Maintains reorder points for all inventories.

  • Regularly audits and reports on data collections for all raw materials and supplies.

  • Ensures ALL quality control standards are being maintained. Communicates any problems or quality issues due to shipping errors to the appropriate individuals.

  • Forklift experience/ and or pass our certification

  • Must be able to lift or move materials with weights up to 25 pounds.

  • Keeps all work areas safe, clean and in good condition.

  • Ability to work within MS suite and other computer related activities 

  • Follows any other instructions given by supervisors and/or management to complete other tasks or projects, ensuring the objectives are accomplished accurately and within the timeframe allotted.

Qualifications

►     Key Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years’ job related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must have previous forklift experience/certification.
