Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational development of the product line for undeveloped business areas or new products in industries like logistics and automotive. They are therefore responsible for the constant development and implementation of new business ideas and are constantly working on how to further develop the product line so that future customers are satisfied with the product portfolio offered and the product line's sales increase.

  • Securing market share and placing a product on the market

  • Working with large US customers who have a global presence

  • Opening new business areas, sales markets, products, new customers, and partners

  • Further development of existing business areas

  • Make forecasts of future trends.

  • Building strategic alliances

  • Supporting the product line to actively respond to changing economic conditions and markets.

  • Strategy development, creating business plans.

  • Monitoring and reporting

  • Analysis of the competition


Professional qualifications/training:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or engineering


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or comparable positions

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite or/and MS Office

  • Experience working with the RFID industry

Travel: 50% +, some international travel could be required
