Shift: Night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Compensation: $37.40 per hour + $2.00 shift differential
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Locate and diagnose equipment failures.
Act as the night shift lead resource on electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Troubleshoot controls systems and automation, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting using standard equipment and technical documentation.
Inspect circuits, wiring, and test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective action.
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using testing instruments and hand/power tools.
Continuously review processes to improve product/process quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience, with 2 years electrical / PLC related experience preferred.
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting/programming and industrial machine repair techniques.
Ability to work from technical drawings and documents.
Must be able and willing to work overtime and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
