Shift: Night shift (6 PM - 6 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Compensation: $37.40 per hour + $2.00 shift differential

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Locate and diagnose equipment failures.

  • Act as the night shift lead resource on electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Troubleshoot controls systems and automation, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.

  • Replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting using standard equipment and technical documentation.

  • Inspect circuits, wiring, and test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.

  • Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and suggesting corrective action.

  • Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using testing instruments and hand/power tools.

  • Continuously review processes to improve product/process quality and reduce waste.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years maintenance experience, with 2 years electrical / PLC related experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting/programming and industrial machine repair techniques.

  • Ability to work from technical drawings and documents.

  • Must be able and willing to work overtime and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
