Job Description

  • A strong technical background in Oracle Commerce Cloud B2B and B2C implementations

  • At least 6-8 years of hands- on experience with development, system configuration, testing and documentation of Commerce solutions

  • Minimum 4 years development experience in Oracle Commerce Cloud

  • Commerce development experience using web UI technologies such as knockout.js, java script, html, css, node.js, Rest APIs, Json, Postman

  • Familiar with OCC architecture, implementation, debugging and problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of Advanced HTML skills: HTML5, XHTML, CSS

  • Experience developing cloud based applications

  • Experience in Multi site implementation in Oracle Commerce Cloud

  • Third party integrations experience like payment and tax integrations

  • Experience on integration with Oracle EBS

  • Understand customer requirements and create solution designs and effort estimates

  • Collaborate with the architect to ensure that the architectural vision is realized in the technical specifications and code created

  • Provide high quality development contributions while providing technical leadership to developers throughout entire project life cycle

  • Conduct code reviews throughout the development phase, ensuring that best practices are followed and lessons learned are promulgated to entire team

  • Estimate level of effort to code and test moderately difficult to complex requirements

  • Create key project deliverables, including technical specifications, unit tests

  • Must have Technical Skill Sets:

  • Oracle Commerce Cloud

  • Javascript, Jquery, Knockout Js

  • Advanced HTML skills: HTML5, XHTML, CSS

  • Ajax

  • Google Chrome Developer Tools

  • Hands On experience in OCC Widgets development

  • In depth understanding of OCC extensions and layouts

  • In depth understanding of Git concepts

  • Nice to have skill set:

  • Agile Development methodology

  • Node Js

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field

  • Analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity

  • Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems

  • Collaboration, teaming, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills

  • Integrity, maturity and dependability
