Job Description
Be a critical business partner to the Solutions Group Leadership team reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A
Prepare financial reports, presentations, and, projections
Provide direct support to Solutions Group business unit finance teams
Support the Annual Operating Plan and 5-year Strategic Plan processes for the Solutions Group & the business units
Drive working capital and free cash flow optimization
Work closely with business units within Solutions Group to drive working capital optimization
Assist driving innovative working capital solutions
Support finance team of Solutions Group & the business units with financial system (HFM)
Provide first level support to Solutions Group finance teams for FP&A related activities in financial systems
Design tools for improved reporting and efficiency
Act as key contact / stakeholder for Solutions Group for Corporate financial systems team
Participate and drive various business projects across the Solutions Group business
Develop and train staff on FP&A concepts related to the Solutions Group business
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent education and years of experience required.
CPA/MBA is preferred but not required.
5+ years finance or accounting with P&L/ FP&A Experience
Demonstrated skills in financial planning and analysis
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Self starter with ability to work independently
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Ability to handle a fast paced, complex environment
Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HFM, Oracle, and function specific software.
Has well-developed leadership and project management skills.
Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills.
Fluency in English essential.
