For our global digital journey at Avery Dennison, we are offering a great role of high impact as IT Customer Experience (CX) Business Partner - Salesforce / Oracle CX Cloud - home-based in Germany - to join our diverse global team, directly reporting to our U.S.-based Senior Business Process Manager - Commercial.
Your Mission:
As an experienced, hands-on, and passionate Salesforce.com / Oracle CX Sales Cloud functional expert you will help us drive and support our global roll-out initiative, as well as play a key role in deployment, maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the CX Sales Cloud for the global commercial sales team of our Retail, Branding, and Information Solutions division (rbis.averydennison.com (https://rbis.averydennison.com/en/home.html) ).
With your experience and knowledge as a CRM functional subject matter expert (SME) combined with your very good understanding of Salesforce / Oracle Sales Cloud and its ecosystem of products, you will liaise between technology and business end-users, and you will work closely with our commercial executive leaders to successfully deploy and configure the Sales Cloud solution to support the business unit strategy and objectives.
You will be our internal CRM ambassador for these Cloud CRM platforms and ecosystems, and you will effectively lead the change by understanding and documenting the To-Be business processes and requirements and eventually articulate the business benefits and outcomes from the Digital Customer Experience.
Furthermore, you will provide direction and mentoring to our project teams, and effectively influence our executive leadership on key decisions while also acting as the Go-To partner for internal teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.

Qualifications
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
Previous work experience (8+ years) with sales automation tools like SAP/Salesforce/Oracle CX Sales Cloud (OSC) CRM, combined with experience in full life cycle implementations and support of these CRM applications
Experience and understanding of sales business process reengineering, business modeling concepts, and sales team automation
Knowledge of other commercial ERP / Cloud tools is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, and ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and functional teams – at all levels of the corporation
