Job Description

As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, the incumbent serve as the liaison to the regional business leaders, develop technical solutions and provide ongoing training, and support. In this role, the incumbent will work with business leaders to understand effective ways to bring information into everyday decisions and actions. Ideally, an successful candidate who equips with a mix both strong analytical and development capabilities with personable leadership skills, able to demonstrate the ability to understand complex datasets yet can present the information in a way that resonates with audiences of multiple levels would be a good fit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with functional stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements

  • Develop analytical, interactive applications to enable timely, effective business decisions and actions

  • Partner with functional business stakeholders to ensure full adoption through training and change management

  • Lead a continuous evolution of analytical capabilities through process and tool enhancements to create increasing business value

  • Deliver ongoing support and education

  • Monitor usage and manage security and access permissions

  • Manage the analytics and reporting infrastructure

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Information Technology or Data Science

  • 6-8 years of relevant business intelligence experience, preferably gained in garment/garment accessories industry or in a printing/converting industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and spoken

  • Presentation and design experience for displaying complex information in a simple, targeted manner

  • Deep analytical ability to understand complex data sets

  • Technical savvy and development experience with business intelligence tools, particularly with Qlik Sense

  • Some travelling may be required
